HYPERSUB’s premium cabinet construction uses void-free, North American-sourced birch plywood, reinforced with internal bracing and hardwood corners to ensure structural rigidity and suppress resonance under extreme SPLs. Finished in shop-sawn, furniture-grade veneer, each enclosure is both acoustically inert and architecturally refined. Modal testing confirms subsonic resonance behavior, preserving transient accuracy and enabling clean, ultra-low distortion bass.

Extreme Low-frequency Performance

Engineered for infinite baffle installations, the F-24 DUO is a dedicated low-bass (20-40Hz) and infrasonic (<20Hz) subwoofer designed to integrate seamlessly into baffle walls, risers, or other rigidly constructed enclosures. Optimized for enclosures ranging from 1,500 to 10,000 liters (50–350 cubic feet).

We re-engineered every element of its architecture to achieve a remarkably shallow form factor without sacrificing output, low-frequency extension, or control. This enables discreet integration in spaces where depth is at a premium — tucked against a wall, built into millwork, or hidden behind acoustically transparent fabric.
Innovative Shallow-Cone Transducer Design
At the heart of this achievement is our in-house–designed and manufactured shallow-cone driver — a purpose-built transducer with a low-profile geometry that preserves cone stiffness, excursion capability, and magnetic motor strength. By optimizing the cone material, suspension geometry, and voice coil architecture, we eliminated unnecessary depth while maintaining the full linear excursion and SPL capability required for reference-grade performance.
Configurable Orientation
The cabinet and transducer layout are fully optimized for both horizontal and vertical orientation, delivering identical performance in either configuration. Whether your system calls for a low-profile horizontal install or a tall, narrow vertical footprint, the Frontier adapts without compromise.
Optimized for Near-Wall Performance
Near-wall placement often compromises conventional subwoofers due to boundary interactions. The Frontier’s DSP tuning, driver alignment, and enclosure geometry were developed specifically to leverage these boundaries — delivering smooth, consistent low-frequency response even when positioned within inches of a wall.
Custom Binding Posts for Seamless Integration
Every detail of the Frontier was designed for practical installation in real-world environments, including low-profile custom binding posts that allow tight-clearance wiring without stressing cables or connectors. These posts maintain an audiophile-grade connection while enabling flush placement in cabinetry or against walls.
